To me this was the most shocking, I never saw it coming

The most "shocking" in the sense it is the pivotal moment of the whole saga - where we discover that the person we thought to have the least capacity to love, had in fact loved the most. A scene where many things are explained too. Many unexpected things.

None of it was really shocking to me because I'd read the book a million timnes before - but Snape's death came as an absolute shock to me. The way he died, and the way it was filmed, made me freeze in my seat - and gape at the screen in horror.
Needless to say, I wasn't expecting it, and it was extremely cruel.

I've added an answer because that was the most shocking part in the whole story for me.
Of course some people dying was a shock as well and Snape's story was more sad than shocking so I chose the truth abouth Dumbledore.
I've never thought he'd kept Harry alive because he knew that Harry had to die to destroy Lord Voldemort.
After knowing about the Horcruxes I've thought Dumbledore tried to save Harry because he'd be the only person who can actually kill Lord V.

i was gunna cry when Fred dies :( i didn't even no if it was Fred or George lol but they're funny and the HP series won't make sense without them D: then snape D:

Teddy was left as an orphan, Remus and Tonks didn't deserve to die the were innocent, and Colin was an example that war fordern care for your age, Voldemort was merciless, and ended up having to pay the price he should have payed long ago, facing his worst fear, death. 😥😭. They shouldn't have died, they were, innocent

It was around this point that I started screaming "why are you killing everyone off?!" when I first read the book.
