What is the Ancient Runes class?

I wondered what it entailed. Someone told me it had something to do with math, but I don't think that's correct. Isn't it sort of like a language class, like hieroglyphs? I thought Luna was looking at some runes in a magazine as though they spelled out a code. I know runes are used like tarot cards sometimes, so perhaps lebih like a Divination class, atau about symbolism and myth?
