If anyone deserves to have the elder wand,who was it?

i would think dumbledore deserves it. he did have it once and he never abused its powers plus when he did it was for good not evil.

I think Neville did, just because he really proved himself to everyone who thought he was nothing :)

This person would have to be able to use it properly. Many of its sebelumnya owners boasted about it, claiming to be invincible. This proved to be their downfall.
The person would have to understand it. They shouldn't use it for personal gain.
In all honesty, I can't name anyone directly.
