Can wizards cure muggle diseases?

Muggles get sick from things they cannot cure (cancer, aids etc) Can wizards cure these? Can they die from these? What could kill them except spells, old age and dangerous creatures? I’ve noticed that there are a lot that live at 100+.Why?

Maybe to keep the wizarding world separate from the muggle world and maybe that they cant cure serious health alignments..who knows?

Though it was touched upon on T.V tampil charmed if magic could cure sickness and etc would there be a single sick person in the world?

But i honestly dont know...theres alot of maybes
