Why did the First Two " Ultimate Editions" include the extended edition of the movies. Then 3 and 4 didnt? And 5 and 6 we dont know?

I thought that was the whole point of the " Ultimate editions"

WHAT! I watch them all the time on tv. When the Harry Potter specials are on...the added deleted scenes are great.
