Did anyone else notice that Dobby's voice was higher then usual?

What do the X's atau the kisses mean? And, I didn't really notice to be honest. I didn't have time to watch the film back before I went to DH on friday, as I've been revising for mock exams all week.

Then again, Dobby hasn't been seen for five film (eight years) and Kreacher hasn't been seen two film (three years), so it makes sense that they don't sound exactly the same.
