(This is my first article, so don't be too hard on me, alright?)
Alright, Zanhar1 diposting a link a while yang lalu with an artikel oleh a Twilight fan stating reasons why she thought Twilight was better than Harry Potter. Well, I saw several flaws in her reasoning (not that hard), and I decided to write an artikel about things that I thought were wrong about what she was saying. I’ll put a quote from her article, followed oleh my argument.

“Also, Twilight is MUCH lebih creative, I mean, Stephenie Meyer created a new kind of Vampire, instead of just using a stereotypical, Dracula type Vampire.”
And JKR created a new array of creatures, thousands of different spells, new WORDS for crying out loud! Not to mention the entire Wizarding World lifestyle. And characters with DEPTH.

“Plus, they’re MAJORLY hot instead of being creepy.”
What these Twilight fan need to get into their heads is that MUSCLE ISN’T EVERYTHING. anda could be the hottest man in the world, but anda wouldn’t be the least bit hot to me if anda weren’t intelligent, and Harry Potter teaches that. Characters being hot isn’t a lesson. Try again.

“Stephenie Meyer is actually creative while JK Rowling has no original ideas at all.”
See above.

“Twilight is just so sweet and romantic, a fabuous, timeless tale that will likely be around forever”
NEWSFLASH: Twilight is already fading. lebih and lebih people are seeing how terrible Twilight is, and going back to be Harry Potter fans.

"Also, Harry Potter teaches you:

It’s ok to drop out of school and go hunt a crazy, murderous maniac oleh yourself, and not even go with an adult atau anything."
Vs what? Ditching school to get it on with your boyfriend? Plus, Bella did basically the same thing in Twilight with James (I used to be a major Twilight fan).

"Death is no big deal, and happens all the time."
Is she saying that death DOESN'T happen all the time? The fact that Harry Potter teaches anda that lesson is a GOOD thing! Are we supposed to teach kids that anda aren’t supposed to die, and that immortality is best, like Twilight does? Teaching kids (and some adults, for that matter) to accept death as a natural thing is a good thing to do.

“It’s okay to escape from jail.”
*Facepalm*

“Don’t trust your government. In fact, just go ahead and reject them completely!”
Yeah, because the Volturi were SO NICE.

“It’s okay to break the rules.”
Name ONE TIME when the message in Harry Potter was: ‘it’s okay to break the rules’. Harry does break the rules, but almost all of the time he gets caught and punished for it.

“It’s okay to shout at and be rude to teachers and other authority figures.”
Vs being a menggerutu, jalang to your friends.

“And seriously, the buku are also all depressing. Lots of good characters die, which isn’t cool.”
Hate to break it to anda kid, but PEOPLE DIE IN WAR. Unlike in Twilight, where everything is all happy and sparkly, Harry Potter deals with REAL WORLD situations.

“Also, it’s just so ridiculous, I mean, Magic is impossible.”
AGH! SO IS BECOMING A VAMPIRE! I don’t even need to explain this!

“Robert Pattison, can anda say HOT? And he’s totally sexy when he sparkles!”
No explanation needed.

“The Volturi. REALISTIC Villains, instead of insane freaks in cloaks, like Voldemort and the Death Eaters”
*dies of laughter* The Volturi ARE insane freaks in cloaks. Is this a joke?

“Robert Pattison as Cedric Diggory. The ONE thing the producers got right! Don’t even try to deny anda don’t rewind just to watch his scenes again!”
I deny it. Actually, Robert Pattinson was okay in HP. Not the best, but not NEARLY as bad as he was in Twilight.

“Lucius Malfoy. Hot, even for an older guy!”
Now THAT, I agree with.

Alright, that concludes my arguments. I just needed to rant SOMEWHERE atau else I’d explode. :D

So we all know who Bella is, complete muggle and interfering with the magical world. The Department of International Magical Cooperation and the Department of Magic Reversal are overlooking claims, as shown on that post on My Life Is Twilight. I know this has been covered a lot, but I'm going to go in a bit further on what makes Muggles like her so much.

In several articles, Bella was described as an empty shell, meaning any girl can relate to her. This fits, because we know that she's only described as clumsy. Well, so are hundreds of millions of people in the world...so they could fit into...

Note: I originally had this as a question, but I guess it was too long, so I'm re-posting this in an article.

Question number one: vampire hearts don't beat, correct? Correct. I believe this is mentioned several times. Now, in health class, they teach anda that your jantung pumps and makes your blood flow, correct? Correct. So, it stands to reason that, since vampire hearts don't beat, they don't have blood flow, correct? Yes. So, they have no blood flow, no circulation. They cannot bleed, atau blush, atau anything related to circulation, yes? Yes. This is berkata several times in the book.

Now, call...

Hey, I was originally going to put this in the komentar section of a 'picks' question, but I realized it was too long so I put it here.

This is what I think, about the crap they call the 'Twilight Saga'. A book based on an author's wet dreams and hopes.

Twilight- Who? WHO FALLS IN cinta AFTER SEEING A PERSON THREE TIMES IN THEIR ENTIRE LIFE?! Plus, I'll summarize the entire book.

It's like-
Bella: Oh Edward, anda hate me.
Edward: No I cinta you
Bella: anda cinta me?
Edward: Stay away from me.
Bella: Stay away from you?
Edward: Just stay with me. I mean, it was obvious I wanted anda from the start, wasn't...

OK, so many Harry Potter/vampire fan (like myself) will probably agree that Edward Cullen is not a real vampire. The only similarities that Edward and other vampire have is the liking of human blood. I suppose Meyer was trying to be original, and I don't mean to offend anyone who does like the sparklepyres.

Why Edward Cullen is a niffler

Before I state my actual reasons, I should probably tell anyone who doesn't know what a niffler actually is. For this I have my trusty Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them book:

NIFFLER
M.O.M. Classification: XXX [Which means a competent wizard should cope...

Dolores Jane Umbridge… can ANYONE forgive her? And yet, despite being so horrendously evil, she is a very interesting character.
She is very loyal, because we know how she remained on Fudge’s side through the whole dilemma. She is also very easy to hate, for she gave Harry countless detentions for telling the truth. We know very little about Dolores; surely Rowling knows more. She has always planned her characters to the death – one reason why Harry Potter makes a very interesting read.
Back on the topic of Umbridge, we have to accept that she could have had a childhood like Snape –...

So I am membaca reasons as to why Twilight fan think Twilight is better than Harry Potter. I just want to make it clear; there is a big difference between liking one series better than another, and one series actually being better than another. I also want to reply to some of the lebih common ones I've seen.

"Twilight has lebih love!"
Okay, Twilight does not have lebih cinta than Harry Potter oleh any means. Twilight has a lot of obsessive lust, which is often mistaken for love, but they are quite different.

Why is their relationship lust? Why isn't it love?

Well, what do Bella and Edward do together?...

Many Twilighters cinta to say how "Edward and Bella cinta each other sooooo much!" I'm afraid I have to disagree on this point. Their relationship is pure lust, not love.

Here is my reasoning.

How do Bella and Edward decide they are in love? Well, Bella moves in to Forks. Her first hari of High School there, she looks across the cafeteria, and she sees a totally gorgeous guy! He catches her attention immediately and she decides right then and there that he is the only man in the town who is good enough for her, despite the fact that she has never spoken to him once in her life. She swats off the...

Chapter 1 part 2
The flight took five hours. It was the longest journey Bella had ever traveled and she was happy enough to have both feet on steady ground again. She walked to the luggage sabuk and grabbed her luggage, succeeding to pull a few other valises with it. Bella’s face turned red and she put her own luggage on the floor and put the valises that weren’t hers back on the belt. Then she lifted her suitcases again and walked outside.
Outside two people were standing with a huge placard saying ‘Welcome home, Bella’ One of them was waving heavily at her and wanted to run into her...

I found this when I randomly looked up "Twihard"

Twihard-
Stupid obsessive people (mostly teenage girls) who are "in cinta with fictional characters and wouldn't know a good book if it punched them in the face."

Twihard: "OMG!! Isn't Edward Cullen like so hot??? I'm gonna marry him!!!"

Awesome person who isn't insane: "Dude, he's not real."

Twihard: "How could anda say that?! I'm in cinta with him!!"

2.It's deathly boring
3.Sparkling vampires?Really?
4.Edward is a pedophile and a stalker. To every girl who thinks Edward's the perfect boyfriend: a guy who watches anda when anda sleep,is not romantic, but creepy.
5.There are a lot of plotholes
6.Bella has as much personality as the spoon I'm looking at right now.
7.Quotations like 'liquid topaz eyes' (since when are eyes liquid???)and 'it's an optional choice'(Where does Smeyer live, because it's obvious they don't have a dictionary there)
8.Bella is the stereotype of the woman before feminism. She's completely...
