anda MUST KNOW THAT I DON'T AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE POINTS

Okay, SO many people are saying that Harry Potter is better than Twilight. That’s SO not true!
Twilight is a timeless tale of love, then cinta lost and found again. It shows how cinta can get anda through everything. It’s such a sweet story about the things people do for love, like Bella goes all the way to Italy to save Edward from the Volturi, for instance.
Also, Twilight is MUCH lebih creative, I mean, Stephenie Meyer created a new kind of Vampire, instead of just using a stereotypical, Dracula type Vampire. I mean, they sparkle, how awesome is that? Plus, they’re MAJORLY hot instead of being creepy. And the manusia serigala aren’t your typical “full-moon-flesh-eater” type. It shows that Stephenie Meyer is actually creative while JK Rowling has no original ideas at all.
Twilight is just so sweet and romantic, a fabuous, timeless tale that will likely be around forever. Harry Potter is just a mashup of crazy ideas, bizarre things, weird, freaky characters, and has no plot. TWILIGHT 4 EVER!
Also, Harry Potter teaches you:
1)It’s ok to drop out of school and go hunt a crazy, murderous maniac oleh yourself, and not even go with an adult atau anything.
2)Violence is totally cool.
3)Death is no big deal, and happens all the time.
4)Just because you’re an orphan since some guy killed your parents, it’s okay to be a jerk to your friends and accuse them of “not getting it”.
4)It’s okay to escape from jail.
5)Don’t trust your government.
In fact, just go ahead and reject them completely!
6)It’s okay to break the rules.
7)It’s okay to shout at and be rude to teachers and other authority figures.
And seriously, the buku are also all depressing. Lots of good characters die, which isn’t cool. And they’re just full of violence, and ridiculous plans. Also, it’s just so ridiculous, I mean, Magic is impossible. And there’s no way anda could seriously just “apparate” dissappear and reappear somewhere else. And if anda tried to hop in a api to go someplace, “Floo Powder”, you’d burn your face off. It’s just crazy, whereas the scenarios in Stephenie Meyers Twilight series are lebih realistic and likely to happen.
Also, Twilight has:
1)Robert Pattison, can anda say HOT? And he’s totally sexy when he sparkles!
2)Taylor Lautner, I mean, have anda SEEN those muscles?
3)Kristen Stewart. An extremely talented and beautiful actress, with loads of potential.
4)The Volturi. REALISTIC Villains, instead of insane freaks in cloaks, like Voldemort and the Death Eaters
Harry Potter isn’t all bad, I mean, they DO have:
Robert Pattison as Cedric Diggory. The ONE thing the producers got right! Don’t even try to deny anda don’t rewind just to watch his scenes again!
Lucius Malfoy. Hot, even for an older guy!
And that’s about it. Seriously, anda want QUALITY literature and movies, watch Twilight. I mean, I don’t HATE Harry Potter atau anything, It’s just like, NOTHING compared to the literary BRILLIANCE that is Twilight!

graystone That is undoubtedly one of the weakest points about hating Harry Potter I have read here. (No offense at mr-cullen). For instance, love can't get you through everything. That is the major misconception of twilight. And for Bella going to Italy to save Edward, I'm not going to be judgemmental about it. But even more sacrificial stuff happen in Harry Potter(like Harry going to sacrifice himself to Voldemort so that the wizarding world doesn't have to suffer on his account, Dobby giving up his life for Harry, Lily and James' sacrifice, etc) And about Twilight being "creative", when I first heard of the plotline, I thought it was too. But then I went and read the book. The book was so centred around perfection, and anything less than perfect isn't worthing having around. They are made to 'sparkle' and they are made to look absolutely flawless. And how about the fact that all the good guys are so beautiful that Bella will tera up any second and the bad guys are well, not-so-perfect? I guess the only thing I liked about twilight was the were-wolves. They are responsible and they have their duties laid out in front of them. Definitely not like the Cullens, who sit around doing nothing(except for Carlisle). Twilight teaches you: 1)It's okay to let everyone you love in danger and get married and pregnant at 18. 2)Sure, if there is a battle brewing, cross the border and talk it out to the enemies just 5 minutes before battle. That will work out just fine. 3)In twilight, no one directly related to Bella tastes death. Just someone really distant. And why in the world would Bella, of all people, would care? 4)Just because your boyfriend dumps you doesn't mean you have to enter the zombie-phase and ignore all your friends as though they are not good enough to comfort you. 5)It's okay let a bunch of tourists (innocent people)die when you could have saved them. 6)In the last book, a point was reached, that the entire ministry was run by the death-eaters. There's nothing wrong against acting on your judgement rather than following someone's false footsteps blindly. 7)It's okay to cut your parents out of your life. "Magic is impossible". Okay, I'm seventeen. I guess it's time I believed that. But vampires are so realistic. Totally. Especially sparkling ones. Sure, I'll believe that. Get real, Stephanie. "The scenarios in Stephenie Meyers Twilight series are more realistic and likely to happen." Sure, it's everyday that human-vampire hybrid (sorry, super-hybrid) is born. "Quality Literature" Really, infinite repetition of Edward's good looks can't be considered for that matter right? ariba_c It was never easy for Harry either. Compare all the things Harry lost to everything Bella lost. Harry lost his parents, god-father, Dumbledore, Dobby, friends, etc. He was ready to sacrifice himself. What did Bella lose? Compared to Harry, her life was a piece of cake. Okay so first of i am going to say again i am a fan of both.But if anda would ask me what i like better i think it would probably be Harry Potter.But i want to hear out why do anda dislike/hate(tho hate it's to of a strong word for a book/movie)Twilight.I want solid arguments not such as : cause the vampire there sparkle , like this Twilight fan could just say 'because Harry has a scar' atau 'because they go to a school of magic' atau 'because all death eaters are black(mostly)' i mean these are arguments just so anda can say something.I tend to believe these days people hate/dislike Twilight just because others do.And i will ask anda nicely and be thankful if anda could tell me why anda don't like it at all/hate it.

There are some things one may and may not do in a formal debat unless one wants to look like - pardon the language - a freaking donkey.

Many of anda might have noticed that the golden trio from Harry Potter (Harry, Ron, and Hermione) had always been paired up to fight with the not-so-golden trio of Twilight (Edward, Jacob, and Bella). Now, XDRoseLuvsHP had pointed out a great deal on why HP trio would win against the Twilight's (you can find it link), so I figured perhaps it's time for the villains to battle.

This is a (long) rebuttal to KatiiCullen94's argument, the judul of which is in is article's title. (Though you've probably all seen that oleh now.) I haven't included her points in this, so it will be necessary to read her artikel first.

1. The majority of people in this world cannot relate to Bella. Tell me, how many people can go to a new school and automatically be the prettiest and most populer girl there? How many girls can say that they have FIVE males lusting after them?

Bella does care for people other than herself - her boyfriend. That's it. She was perfectly happy to hurt her father...

Hmm... this could take a while. Haha, I have a lot of reasons for my strong dislike of Twilight. Before I start, I'd just like to explain that I was once a Twilight fan, so I've read all the buku and stuff, but I just can't stand it anymore. Therefore, I can give a lebih complete explanation of my views. Sorry if it's really ridiculously long.

First reason I hate Twilight: the media. Twilight, in all honesty, isn't a great book. I have read worse buku (though not many... Twilight was pretty bad). However, if Twilighters and Twilight artikel and such weren't all "OMG ITS THE MOST AMAZING SERIES...
