Is my hamster dying?

He was found outside of his house lieing still and has been cold and stiff for an jam and half now. The room is fairly warm so I doubt he is hibernating however he is still breathing and moving ever so slightly. Is he dying?
He is 1 tahun and 7 months old.

This problem in some cases can be mediated, but only if anda know how. If anda warmed your pet up properly it may stand a chance, but as things go it sounds bad. I am sorry to hear about your pet and I hope it feels better later.
