About Rikki:

How she became a mermaid:
After Cleo gets tricked into helping Zane Bennett repair his boat, who sets her adrift into the sea, Rikki jumps aboard the perahu and takes them to Mako Island. Along the road, they pick up Emma, Cleo's friend.
Powers:
Rikki turns into a mermaid 10 detik after she touches water ( just like Cleo and Emma ). She can make water boil and evaporate. In season 2, she can also create api and lightning. She was also the last to discover her powers.
