charlotte thinks she is perfect and she thinks she get anything she wants

I pretty much agree, though I don't totally think she's a bad person, if that's what you're implying. She just doesn't like Cleo, Rikki, and Emma because they're getting in the way of her relationship with Louis. She's mean to them, but I really don't think she's that bad of a person (if I'm remembering season 2 correctly). I think it was sort of mean of Cleo to try to get lebih of a relationship with Louis when he already had a girlfriend. I know that that wasn't as mean as what charlotte did, but I'm just pointing that out because people tend to ignore it and just put all the hate on Charlotte.
