Close your eyes through your entire practice session. Do not picture your way around the fretboard, hear your way around it.
Hear yourself to the selanjutnya note, to the next, chord, to the selanjutnya scale. It should be a relaxed exercise, not a strained one. Like when you're at a distance from a battery powered clock.
If anda strain to listen to its tick anda cant hear it but when anda relax and allow it to come to you, anda can hear it clearly.
