The one in season 2 with the quintuplets were all sick and being wheeled out of the room and their mom was crying. It was so well done with the music and Meredith doing her closing speech for the show... it was just so good, I get teary everytime.

When Derek says to Meredith "I've been in love with you since ever" my tears do well up and in season 3 finale when he says "I can't leave you because I'm in love with you" and she leaves the room : /
