The “ALWAYS HERE” letter project to Taeyeon
Hello SONEs,
We are a group of Sones who would like to tampil our support to Taeyeon.
Our plan is to send her letters which will be hand-delivered oleh a Sone in Korea to her parents in Jeonju to pass to her.
Please note that we are not fansite admins nor do we run any SNSD-related sites. We are just a bunch of Sones who want to try to reach out to her and tampil her our support.
This project is independent and open to all Sones who would want to participate BUT please pay attention to the deadline and requirements.
If anda want, anda can also include your message for the rest of the members for SNSD’s upcoming anniversary in August.
The letters would be delivered in July (before anniversary).
If anda want to participate, all anda have to do is:
- write your letter in max ONE page of paper (A4 atau Letter). Remember that these would be hand-delivered so let’s make sure that Sone can carry everything :)
- write in English atau Korean only. We won’t include letters written in any other language.
- send your letter in TWO envelopes. Put your letter in an envelope BUT DON’T segel IT (so we can filter the haters atau trolls who are taking advantage of this project). Then put that envelope inside another envelope to mail.
Example: I put my letter in a pretty berwarna merah muda, merah muda UNSEALED envelope with “To Taeyeon, From your pork cutlet fan” on it, then I put the pretty berwarna merah muda, merah muda envelope inside a normal, sealed brown envelope to send to Korea.
We will open sealed letters for filtering so anda have been warned.
- NO GIFTS. Just letters please :)
- End your letter with:
"Always here,
(Name + country SONE)”

- Once anda have sent the letter, email letterstotaeyeon@gmail.com with your name and address/country to let us know.
anda will get confirmation when your letter has arrived. Make sure anda do this AFTER you’ve sent the physical letter.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!

- Your letter MUST ARRIVE in Korea oleh 12 July 2014.
It will take a week (at least) to filter all letters and the Sone will go to Jeonju on the weekend of 19 July 2014 so PLEASE MAIL YOUR LETTERS ASAP! THIS WEEK IF NECESSARY! :D If you’re not sure whether it can arrive on time, use EMS to get it there faster ^^
If your letter arrives after that date, we can’t promise to include it.
- Please follow the requirements above so everything can go smoothly (without killing the Sone who is kind enough to help us carry the letters ^^). We can’t include any submissions that do not meet the requirements.
