I can agree with all these to some degree. I wasn't necessarily cheering for Tommen's death, but I was expecting it (though not like that). On the Tommen thing...it's not that we hate Tommen that we cheer but the instant karma on Cersei. Margaery is dead and Cersei losing her son because of it felt like a teeny bit of justice. And before anyone gets their panties in a twist, we are talking about a FICTIONAL character and obviously would not feel the same way in a real situation. Lyanna's speech? If Sansa gave it I would have gagged. Plus, it means more in getting the others on board when it's not coming from Jon's sister/family.
