why is the storyline of fma and fmab completely different?

i watched the entire fma series, and the fma movie, and now i'm watching famb and i'm noticing lots of differences in the two different series, so, whats up with that?

ou see FMAB is following the komik jepang so anda get lebih details on people and the alchmey abilties it's self if anda notice in the 2003 version Hughes was killed oleh lust but in FMAB killed oleh Envy who turned into his wife , FMAB and FMA have the same storey line but FMAB witch follows the komik jepang add's A LOT of bigger details and has the better plot and is lebih selai packed with information

just a btw, hughes was killed oleh envy in FMA,not lust. i watched FMA first, so FMAB is kinda weird to me, but thanks
