I can't really say I liked any of them

Ursula: I felt so bad for Phoebe, and it seemed kinda inconsiderate of Joey to date her. Plus, the woman's a bitch!

Kathy: was more of Chandler's love interest than Joey's really

Charlie: They were really mis-matched

Rachel: I really disliked this storyline. Though it would've been fine if it'd stayed an unrequited crush on Joey's part. But as a couple? Sorry, but I never bought it

Janine: I don't know why, but I really HATED that chick! I find it painful to watch scenes involving her. And I know that's probably unfair, but that's just the way I feel.

I actually didn't like Kate very much either, but I did partly enjoy the character and storyline. And it was cute to see Joey crushing on someone (that was the first time as far as I remember(...that wasn't Ursula xD) :))

I like how Joey's list is 3 times longer than any of the other gang XD

I totally agree with chainsaw_teddy Kate is the lesser evil ;)
and I add Joey should be with Phoebe
