Most of the time, I don't want the flavor of the oil to overpower the dish.

I like using both olive and canola, but I find myself using extra virgin olive oil and extra light olive oil more than anything else. Peanut oil for frying.

Coconut Oil makes for some great homemade popcorn.

For whoever put EVOO, that would go under Olive Oil.

I use lots, depending on the flavor of the dish and how much I want the flavor of the oil to show through.

I don't really care what I use, it all tastes the same and I only use a tiny bit.

IF it's just for simple fring purposes otherwise olive :)
