Why are some Spots bumped up to the beginning of the mosaic dinding when video are added but other Spots aren't?

I've noticed that (for example) when anda add video to the House Spot, it gets bumped up but when video are added to the Huddy Spot it stays in its place. Just a thought. :)

I've always had a theory that generally the most active spots with video that are diposting every 2 detik are the ones that don't go right to the puncak, atas first. If a spot hasn't been updated in quite some time with a video, then it will bump it up.
