Go to the homepage (www.fanpop.com). There should be a large green button saying Create A New Club on the right. Click on it. Fill in the boxes in the new page. Also, try searching for terms relating to the club anda want first, to check that it won't be a duplicate.
If anda can't see that box, it means that anda haven't been a member here for long enough. It takes a little while to appear. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time. Try again in a week atau two maybe.
Go to CLASSIC fanpop then there will Be a button that says create a club ok! anda also have to be a member 4 long enough so don't get frustrated if its not there!
