Should too small wallpaper go to fanart instead of photos?

Currently, gambar uploaded as wallpaper which are too small for that category are automatically put into photos. Maybe it's just the style of wallpaper I prefer, but I'd consider wallpaper to be lebih of a form of fanart. What do anda think?

The key is still most, bro. Anything can be a foto - lots of people put fanart there and it really doesn't matter. It's lebih broad than fanart, ya feel? Like the umbrella term. That's why it makes sense as a default.
