Since anda have multiple pictures in your gallery and anda have a user icon, I'm assuming anda want to add an image somewhere where anda can't actually add an image... anda can't add a picture to the section of your profil with the medals/caps/props/fans tabs. anda can only upload pictures to your profil gallery, which anda can use for your user icons.
