Should anda laporan someone that is pretending to be a famous person on their profile?

If anda want. I personally wouldn't because it doesn't seem like such a big deal to me, but if it is violating the rules of Fanpop, then go ahead and laporan them.

fanpop is a famous site but it hasn't got the same power with facebook atau Twitter so is not a big deal,in addition u can see that they aren't the real stars from small mistakes they made<33!p

Yes. That is against the law, and is dishonest and rather arrogant, really. We don't want people like that on Fanpop.

I don't think so, personally, unless they are lying about everything for example putting their age as the same as the film star, tanggal of birth, commenting in a way that is convincingly like the film character etc. But I'd think they'd have to be pretty nuts and to know a lot about the person to do that. People putting their usernames and foto including their favourite film stars/singers/film atau book characters though is fine I think; I have a caricature of a hyena as my profil picture and my 'name' is 'Crocuta crocuta', but I think pretty much everyone knows what species I really am...at least, most of the time ;D

I'm not sure if anda can laporan someone for that, but it all depends on how far they take it. If they're doing it as roleplay, atau doing it to be funny, then don't do anything. If they're taking it too far as to say that they are indeed the person they are impersonating and get extremely defensive whenever anda call them out on it, then anda should look at the rules to see if anda can laporan someone for doing it. If not, leave it alone. The police will deal with it in due time.
