What determines which spots get chat rooms?

I`m pretty sure it has to do with the spots popularity . I think if a spot is constantly updated and has a lot of user activity then it should have a chat room . I want one for the Leyton spot .

Then I sent a message to the fanpop Four, providing them with link to the picks and the forum that showed that House fan would cinta a chat room of their own in their spot. From that, the fanpop Four decided that the House MD spot would benefit from a chat room and they gave us one!

So my saran is to do that. But I'm not sure how other spots got their chat rooms.
