Is there any way I can become a featured fan?

actually when anda enter the site for a brief detik anda become a featured fan so anda probably already have been. anda just wont see it anda will probably need a friend to screencap it for anda if they see it. atau try refreshing the page after anda have logged in it might tampil up. At least that's the way it use to work way back when....lol

Just use fanpop and it will eventually happen.

I don't think there's any specific criteria anda must follow. Just be active.

i have to agree with cassie-1-2-3 i dont think there is any specifics to it so just be a fan of fanpop and anda should be able to be one
