The Reason Was Because They Closed The Live Chat. On The 6th October 2011 The live Chat closed Down, And It Is Not Coming Back. Meebo (The Company Who Provides The Instant Messenger We Have On Fanpop) Got Rid Of The Live Chat Rooms, Because They Were No Use To Them.

They Are not coming Back, So Just Think Of It That Way.
