Depends. A lot.
I just hate when the characters say "I love you" or kiss without a reason, because this is corny.
However, if the characters like each other but are just friends, I want a friendship/love scene.
And, if the plot is epic, dramatic, or something like it, a kiss is cute.
But "I love you"? No.
