Does Gray like Erza?

Sorry, but I think no. I mean, Gray saw Erza same with the way Natsu did. He saw Erza as a big sis, who's older than him, stronger than him. A big sis who can count on to. And of course, he want to protect that big sis. Just like Natsu.
And after all, both Natsu and Gray is actually afraid of her.

At the beginning, I also thought Gray like Erza and Erza like him as well. I ship Grayza after I watch their childhood memories. But, after a while, it's getting hard for me to see them as a couple, because, they have no moment/really few moments which can be considered a "hint". After that, I saw Erza almost crying and can't say a thing after saw Mystogan's face for the first time, thought that she was seeing Jellal. And Erza crying when she knew that Jellal lost his memories, knowing that Jellal back to being his old self. The real, gentle boy back then. And she also berkata that she believe the light inside Jellal.

I officially stop being Grayza fan and start shipping Jerza after episode 67 and 68. Erza berkata "I'm here for you"...Erza crying a lot when Jellal leaves...that was really clear that she loves him. After that, Jerza moments keep appearing. How she can hear Jellal voice when she almost lose to Azuma. How Jellal can sense her. How they're connected to each other.
And there is chapter 264, a chapter when the two of them unites their feelings oleh a kiss. And bunch of other romantic moments.

So, if the guy who Erza loves is Jellal, why must I support Gray x Erza any longer?

And there is Juvia. Believe it atau not, at the beginning, I really hate her. She is so annoying, so stupid, stalker, and get in the way of Grayza. Well, that was what I'm thinking two years ago. Now, I really cinta Juvia. She's really nice and funny. I start to like her after she sacrifice herself for Cana, in the fighting festival arc. And as the story goes further, I can't see Juvia just as a "fan girl" any longer. Well, she stabbed herself to protect Gray when she fought Meredy, and I don't think that was a thing a fan girl do. And after that, there's chapter 282, when Erza told Gray to realize Juvia's feelings for him. And for me, that was the way Mashima-sensei tell us that Erza also supports him with Juvia.

So, I start to shipping Gray with Juvia. Now it's a lot easier for me to see them as a true couple. Erza with Jellal, and Gray with Juvia.

Sorry to say, but if anda ask does Gray like Erza, I would say no. Not in a romantic way. He only like Erza as a big sis. As a friend. As a teammate :)

Yes, he does. He thinks Erza is pretty when she's quiet and cute when she's crying. And yes, Gray is afraid of her, but he did stood up to her in the Galuna Island arc. There had also been some hints like: how concerned they talked to each other through Warren's telepathy in Fighting Festival arc, how Gray protected Erza's arm from being cut oleh Lyon, how he yelled of maybe got a little angry at Juvia when she asked why was Erza defeated, and 15 more(too lazy to type it all) , so far... And not just like, he loves her...

Just another one of Gray's thoughts about Erza...

I'll start with my answer. I think that Gray does like Erza, not as a brother but romantically. It's true that Natsu and he are scared of her and does call her a monster but it has been proven that he isn't really 'scared' of her per say when things really come down to the wire. In serious situations he isn't really scared to talk back to her at all, even going so far as to defy her in the Galuna arc. The 'monster' thing is just meant to add more....'comical' effect, I think.
Anywho, in my mind Gray's feelings for her stemmed when they were kids. That hari he saw her crying he became overcome with a desire to protect Erza and never make her cry again (sure, Natsu has an ambition quite the same but Gray's just feels different to me for some reason) Gray used to pick fights with her all the time but since that hari he never challenged her even once so it kind of hints the change in his heart. Now that I berkata all this, I'm not really sure if his feelings remain after he grew up. There seems to be traces of it. But regardless Erza is a very important person to Gray and he will protect her with everything he'd got.
Now before anyone starts bashing me about how Juvia is perfect for him and that she loves him and that she has lebih scenes/moments with him. I'll say this from my point of view. Gray doesn't seem to harbour any sort of romantic inclinations for Juvia at all. Sure they have their 'moments' but they all showcase Juvia's feelings for him and there isn't much to indicate that Gray may feel the same way.
Also during the gmg when Erza asks Gray about Juvia and tells him that he should know how the water mage feels about him oleh now and that he should make things clear, he scoffs. He SCOFFS. That expression is NOT a blush, people, it's a scoff. And to me it seems like he's mentally telling Erza: "I don't want to hear that from 'you'." <--- That could be due to two reasons. 1. He's indicating that she isn't honest with Jellal so she doesn't really have the right to tell him such things. 2. Seriously, I don't want to hear that from my first love.
In conclusion, I think Gray had a crush on Erza ever since they were children. I know not if he still has that crush but she'll have been his first cinta (or second, if he met someone else before that :P Gray anda playah XD)
And before people get the wrong idea...I ship Jerza XD
My dilemma- I want Erza to get together with Jellal but I honestly can't picture Gray getting together with anyone other than Erza.

Its a bit complicated, but i think their relationship isn't anything TOO big. Their relationship is kinda like they are really good siblings. Erza is the sister and Gray is the brother...They fight with each other while joking, and they take care of each other when they really need to. Erza and Gray are the ideal image of an average brother sister relationship :)

Okay this is what I believe : Gray did like Erza when they were children, anda can tell oleh his flash backs in episode 37 and he continued to like her for a long time. However, later on he realized she likes Jellal (how can he not realize right? it's really obvious) so he decided to stay as friends and try not like her anymore. anda can tell that he has very strong feelings for her and want to protect her, Natsu does too but he wants to protect everyone of his friends equally. Its hard to explain but I sense that Erza is special to Gray. I personally am a supporter of Grayza but Mashima crushed all my hopes of them happening :( my selanjutnya favorit Gray couple would be GrayxLucy. I don't really like Gruvia, I think Juvia should be with Lyon.

In an interview with Hiro Mashima one of the pertanyaan was about the combination of Erza and Gray, he started to laugh and said: "I thought no one would notice it… Erza has matters that are not solved with Jellal, but Gray has lebih than friendship with Erza".
In some occasions it is shown that Gray is blushing being near of Erza, without mention that in the anime and komik jepang Hiro put the two of them fighting together and being the one for the other.
So, this was berkata when Juvia and Jellal had their apperance in the show, but even Juvia being in the picture, Hiro berkata that he had lebih than friendship with Erza.
I don’t know, but for me, this is a little light for my ship to became OTP… Please Hiro, I beg you, make them OTP…

Gerza is bound to happen Erza definitely has feelings for Grey and same the other way around in one of Hiro's interviw (it was vary hard to find) but his plan for the end was Lucy and Natsu getting merryd (sorry im a bad speller) and Grey and Erza Getting Merryd

I think Lyon is better with Juvia so put Juvia aside now. Even though Erza loves Jellal Jellal is in imprison and Edo Jellal/Mystogan already went back to Edolas so I guess Erza might fall in cinta with Gray. Then Natsu falls for Lucy. Now put Natsu aside. Even in the episode where it showed fairy tail flashback when Erza cried Gray was blushing that meant he loved her also when he stayed oleh her side when she was alone. Also the part during Ressurection of Zeref in the Tower of Heaven Gray kept on saying like every time they atau lebih like he had to save Erza at all costs. So it's possible they would be together. For Erza she also showed sides of her to Gray a lot of times lebih than anyone else. So note to Erza pindah on there is another blue head awaiting anda

I admit Jerza is a cute couple. But I can't see them together after everything Jellal put Erza trough. That's why i ship Gray x Erza. Because He really cares for Erza and doesn't want see her hurt.

Yes, I truly don't have any supporting details atau facts. But I sense that the might be together because Canna berkata that hari would be a good hari atau something like that. And he lost his wallet and was having the worst hari of his life .......

To be honest, I believe he does her. Think about it, he was the first person Erza opened up to in the guild and they were close, even before Natsu came. He vowed that he wouldn't let her cry. There have also been heaps of others. anda may say that it is not obvious enough, but sometimes that is best. Subtle pairings sometimes make the best ones.
Those who follow the naruto komik jepang will now know that naruto and Hinata became a canon couple. People say that it was meant to be and it is great. They had the same sort of relationship as Gray and Erza, but Gray and Erza are closer, making it lebih likely.
But, here we need to think about it in the long run. Fairy tail was apparently meant to end after the Phantom Lord arc. If it had have followed original plans, Gray and Juvia's relationship would never have been put to detail, and Jellal would never have come into the picture. Who would be most likely then? A lot of the time main characters end up being together anyway.
This is just an answer based on facts, however I would choose GrayZa as first preference.
Don't get me wrong, Juvia is one of my favourite characters and I cinta her, just not with Gray. She just a stalker and is so focused on Gray that she kind of shuts everyone else out. I believe that if she actually gave him a chance, atau turned away from Gray for just a second, she would realise that Lyon really likes her. Plus who would Lyon be with. He never shows interest in things like love, but he has here, which must mean he genuinely cares about her.
And really, I have tried to like Jellal but I just can't do it, cinta Mystogan though...
