Is Juvia French atau Russian ???

Well, the setting of Fairy Tail is in an entirely different universe from ours so I guess French and Russians don't exist there. But her hat looks like a cossack hat used oleh the Russians and her skin is as pale as their skin. On the other hand, she has a French accent and also speaks some French words like 'Sacre Bleu' which is an old French profanity. Anyways, like I berkata before, they're in an entirely different universe so I guess the answer is NEITHER of the two anda mentioned.

She doesn't have a French accent in the OFFICIAL dub. I've had to stop watching the dub at episode 72 because all the dubs after that suck. They're either fandubs atau dubs from some lameass company that did half a good job. Normal people can't just watch half a series in one voice set and the other half with a completely retarded one. To answer your question, I believe that if Fairy Tail were to be compared to the real world, judging from her fashion sense she'd be Russian atau thereabouts.

I'm gonna freeball this and say she's mixed atau a Russian raised in France.
Especially since Russia and France are both part of Eurasia and it wouldn't (that) crazy to say her parents, whoever they are, met in one of the countries.
