🐝 Originally I was really convinced that a bumblebee would make a cute pet, because of its soft fuzzy body and small size, but I learned that their lifespan is only around a month long so it probably wouldn't be as good of an option as I thought.

Mouse, bird, and gecko could also act as a means of transportation if necessary so that's something to consider -- they also all have a decently long lifespan. I ultimately chose mouse though because I'd like a soft animal to pet, but a gecko would be my second choice. 🦎

A bird or a butterfly would be great companions, and they would be able to fly with fairies and stay with them wherever they go. :)
