Cause that is what it looked like when I play grand theft auto ANGRILY..

My idea of having Luna voiced oleh Freddy Krueger was a inside joke.. Since I joke that Luna IS freddy krueger, if he was nice. Because Luna will constantly come into your dreams and says it's her "duty"
