Although the fairies and forest animals are very loyal and admire Aurora, she is very obedient and non-confrontational. Snow White, on the other hand, can be bossy or picky and yet she still wins over even those who initially don't like her (like Grumpy) and even inspired the Queen's Huntsman not to kill her and let her go free (risking his life) so that makes me see her as more charismatic than Aurora.
