The Best Ending I've Seen Since I Watched "Beauty And The Beast"!

Sure, the ending's great, but I would appreciate it very much if they "lived happily ever after" together. That would have been nice.

I agree they should have lived happily ever after instead of a non happily ever after.

Where I have issue is the second movie. Why couldn't Poca stay heartbroken and not fall in love with John Rolfe? Why didn't she go with John Smith? Disney, you're being historically inaccurate already- no one is ever going to be pleased with any rehash you manage to tack together in 3 hours.

To be honest it was a pity that she didn’t go off with him and have them sailing on the ship with the harmony of Colour’s of the wind in the background.

Only the first movie...

At last it's close to the real life story.
But I don't like how it was shown. Not that dramatic. I didn't cry. But usually I cry in every second movie.

yeah I liked the ending of the first one but I thought the second movie was abit silly

I love this ending because it was bittersweet.

^agreed, because it's different than the other Disney movies where it's a happily ever after. Pocahontas has a more realistic ending... but I don't like the 2nd movie at all...

I just hate the ending of the sequel. The sequel would like totally be one of the better Disney sequels if it ended with Smithy kicking Rolfe in the balls and making out with Poca.

I hate sad endings

Well, yes and no. I think the ending for the first movie was beautiful, while they didn't get their happily ever after, their love went on. The second movie was drastically botched. They should've ignored Rolfe completely, substituted Smith for Rolfe, and substitute John Smith in the sequel for "John Smith's older sibling", or a new character.

The ending is nice and all. Pretty music and it tugs at your heart strings. I don't like the thought of Pocahontas staying heartbroken though. That's why I'm okay she went with John Rolfe. Or it'd be nice if they made a sequel that reunited Pocajohntas and still keep them in love, that would've been nice. Or if she stayed with someone in her tribe. Whatever. I just don't like the thought of Pocahontas being alone.

I love the ending of the orginal movie though it's realy sad and it makes me cry! I prefer the ending of this movie then the sequel! I cannot stand the ending of the sequel! At least Pocahontas was still in a way was still with John Smith even though they had to part.The sequel she was not with Smith at all. I pefer Pocahontas with Smith than Rolfe! I know Disney did it because of history but the first movie wasn't all that accurate neither was the sequel,so why change great thing with the first movie? I'm sorry it's just the way I feel plus I just don't like Rolfe,I don't think he Pocahontas have anything in common plus there is just no chemistry and connection! I will always love Smith more than Rolfe that's the way feel.

Although it's sad, it's still my favorite Disney princess movie ending. Gives me the chills every time(:
