Or stubborn or loyal. I wouldn't really call her outspoken though- she does keep things to herself sometimes.

I don't think she's any of these things, but stubborn. She's certainly supposed to be, but I don't think her character reflects these attributes.

She's not so much selfless as cares about her family and her personal interests, sure she gives up her freedom for her father, but I doubt she'd do it for Gaston, also she didn't really appreciate her free life to begin with since she wanted much more than her provincial life.

She's not outspoken either unless it's in an argument with the beast, which is really more stubborn since in the town she's actually very meek when it comes to talking to people and her ideas.

She's not polite to anyone that doesn't fit in with her idea of intellect, she's rude to Gaston the second he walks up, she's rude to the towns people constantly looking down of them, and she's rude to the servants in the beast's castle until they start being friendly to her first, she often even takes out her anger on them too.

She's not very sensible because she breaks the one rule the beast tells her not to do, don't go into the west wing. She also flings herself into danger when she runs away, and is constantly trying to provoke the beast even after he offers a certain extend of kindness. She's not really using her brain too much.

I guess you could argue that she's elegant, she does seem to carry herself very proudly.

She's not empathetic, because she usually doesn't concern herself with anyone's feelings except for her and her father's, not the servants in the palace even after learning that they're cursed, not Gaston, and not the villagers for being scared. She does save the beast that one times, so that argument can be made too, but it felt more like an obligation she was reluctant to do it.

I don't think she's intelligent either, she does a handful of impulsive and stupid things, she's more of a bookworm than an actual intellectual.

She had very little imagination, we've never seen her be creative or even dream of anything too interesting.

After all I've said I clearly don't think she's sweet.

She's not bold either, like I said before she's very meek unless it comes to a direct threat like when Gaston says "if you marry me" or when the beast says "why weren't you at dinner" that's the only time she's bold or outspoken and it's usually petty and unimportant.
