Also characters. People often forget how important soundtrack is to movies. Can you imagine watching any of these films with only silence in the background?

Disney's music, when done right, really brings the "Disney magic" feel to their movies (and parks). Whenever I go to Disneyland or Disneyworld, I get excited when I hear certain songs or scores that actually make me feel more like I am at a "Disney" place. The music gives off the environment of it's own epic world and that means a lot to me. Second would be the character(s) though.
