Mulan would be good, but Pocahontas is very badass as well. That scene where she spies John Smith is pretty ninja-like and all the impressive things she does are awesome, like the diving from the cliff or when she's climbing on the trees.

Wait, why have people chosen Belle? I love her, but I can't see her as a ninja... :/
