Phillip winning this pick? What? It's usually Flynn, Eric of Aladdin. Well, I'm pleasantly surprised. :D

Any ways, since this type of pick has been done many times on this spot I'm guessing you're new, and have not heard my Aladdin spiel - Aladdin is my all time favourite guy, he has been since I was a really little girl. He's brave and selfless and loves Jasmine not just because she's beautiful but for other reasons too. He shares what little he has with those less fortunate than him, like those kids who were hungry even after he went to all that trouble for a loaf of bread. He makes solid friendship and feels bad about his mistakes, and manages to conquer the villain not through force but with his mind. This shows he's not only good looking, but also clever and intelligent. He's a flawed, genuine character and I could go on forever about him. But I'll cut it off here. :)

He's not a prince, but he's my favorite animated guy EVER! I love Hercules! :)

aladdin is one of my favourites, but i just love eric :)

Out of all the Disney guys, Phoebus is my favourite though.

Well, John Smith is my favorite animated character of all time.
He is a great friend -> he saved Thomas twice
He is a great lover and peacemaker->he saved Pocahontas' father
He is a great Captain -> it's obvious in the storm scene
He is a great person-> he understood how arrogant he was and changed
He is romantic, brave, handsome and kind-hearted and much more.
He is the most noble of all princes in heart. IMO

But Hercules is also close.

Aladdin has always been my favourite disney character in general, mostly because he is realistically flawed but doesn't let said flaws get in a way of his morals and his incredibly caring and noble nature. His progression and development seems realistic to me because he wasn't a bad person from the get go, he just had to deal with an extremely hard life situation and chose a wrong way of going about it, or maybe the only way he thought he had, becoming a street rat and stealing. It was easy for him to move on from it and find himself because of the strength of his spirit and I love how by the end of the movie he also managed to work through his insecurities and realized how pretending to be someone he is not wouldn't do him any good and it would be disrespectful to Jasmine as well. Because if she really loved him (and she did) she would love him no matter if he is a prince or a thief just like he loved her both as a simple girl he met on the market and as a princess. And the highlight of his personal growth was him sacrificing his last wish, a wish that could have given him, a guy who had nothing, everything - to set Genie free. He valued friendship greatly and he was overall a good, kind hearted and sympathetic person.

My two other favourites are Flynn and Eric, Flynn is the only Disney male character who actually died for his girl (though I admit Hercules was extremely close to it) and Eric has an amazing personality, he is caring and loving and would risk everything for Ariel. Honorable mention for Hercules (who is not a Disney prince so I don't think he fits in here) and Phillip (him wanting to marry Aurora when he believed she was just a peasant girl and even confronting his father, the king, about it, made me respect him greatly).
