When does Frozen take place?

I'm actually asking because I think the there is enough proof to link Jack Frost and The Snow queen together (call me crazy) I just like tons of proof why my ship isn't stupid makes me feel better and then I read FanFic. So yeah there is a ton of reasons why I'm asking this pertanyaan but hey, I'll stick with the basics and just ask what time period it takes place in. I already know it was based in Norway/ Denmark for Hans Christian Anderson (just like the did for Ariel) all the old stories link up to the Jelsa-ness of it all. So please answer my question, thank you! :3

Frozen is set in a time not long after Tangled, as anda can see Rapunzel and Eugene during FTFTIF, so it takes place at least at the start of the 19th century, as the dude in tangled mentions Mozart. The original story was written in 1845, so maybe around that time? It's actually hard as the costumes especially are really weird; I mean, anda have Kristoff's traditional Sami wear selanjutnya to Elsa's Snow queen dress, which totally corresponds to today's fashion. But I'd guess mid-1800s.

I have a huge love-hate for Jelsa because of the time periods.

Jack of course died in 1712
Anything cinderella tangled and Frozen occurred in the 1800s
Beauty and the Beast and Hunchback of Notre Dame1770s

I cinta the idea of Jelsa, but Jamie became the first human to acknowledge Jack's presence. He would never have actually talked to anyone listed above
