I heard that her bernyanyi has gone from good to bad, I could be wrong, but can anybody correct me in this?

Well, as we age our voice naturally decline in quality and resonance, but yes her voice really isn't what it used to be. It's still nice and better than your average singer, but she's not the same as before. I can still hear Belle in her voice, but it's not as great anymore.
