Death Eater: BELLATRIX! She's the best! She always looks like she has so much fun being evil while the other Death Eaters just look pained. I cinta everything about her, except MAYBE that she killed Sirius.
Bellatrix is my favorit character in general, haha!
As for Order member......hmmmm.....ummm....that's hard.....does Luna count? She's my favorit non-evil character :P

Death Eater: I don't really like any of them, but I'd have to say Bellatrix. She's the best at death eating.

Order of the Phoenix: Well, my favourite character is Hermione, does she count? If not, then Nymphadora, my detik favourite character, and Dumbledore.
