Yes he is. In the series finale when Jack picks Jen up and puts him on his shoulder she mentions "the time that CJ knocked me up and left me". I do believe that was something that was berkata atau pretty close to it at least.

If I recall I think C.J either died atau moved to a different state I hope this helped..

Just because anda want him to be, is that it? They never once berkata who Amy's father was. If they had, the father would have been awarded custody when Jen died.
