Ok. This isn't to do with the books, it's lebih to do with the TV show. It's not carried on from anything, it's made up. So Stefan has left Mystic Falls without saying goodbye to Elena and without telling Elena he was leaving. Elena is still upset after one bulan of Stefan being gone. She is also angry at Damon she knows that Damon knew that Stefan was leaving and she thinks he did nothing to stop him.
