He does care about her, as he cares about everyone in the team. He is not the kind of person with many friends, so I think he would consider his team his friends. In Demonology, Prentiss confides in Rossi about her past with the victim, Matthew Benton. He keeps her secret. However, Hotch was not happy about her drive to work the case and break rules, and he kind of pushes her away. He did not learn the details of her past then.

Thomas and Paget are good buddies offset for real! Thomas is married with 3 kids.

i think he does care for her...i mean...this season he protected her when he didn't have to and has kept silent for her well-being even though it's clearly difficult. but idk that's just imo. lol.

well yeah he does like prentiss....But anda know he is team leader so he just do not say that he miss her because would look weak.
