Yes, anyone could gabung your club, if oleh that anda mean becoming a fan of it. It's not possible to restrict any fanpop user from becoming a fan of any club on Fanpop. Of course, klub aren't owned oleh any particular user, even if that user created the club, so it's not really "your" club any lebih than the fanpop Users club is "my" club.
