It is an organization established by Darrel Scott, dad to Rachel Scott, who was shot in the Columbine High School Massacre. The gun was pointed at Rachel, and she was asked, "Do you believe in God?" She said yes, and she was shot. The shooter said, "Do you still believe in God?" Rachel said yes again, and was killed.
Rachel's Challenge is to challenge people to:
1. Eliminate prejudice by looking for the best in others
2. Dare to Dream- Set goals
3. Be kind to everyone; a little kindness can go a long way
4. Start a chain reaction
