Lee Harvey Oswald's girlfriend has new book on JFK assassination 

EUGENE, Ore. - Two years ago, Judyth Vary Baker visited Eugene in support of her book "Me and Lee" about her former boyfriend, Lee Harvey Oswald and what she believes really happened Nov. 22, 1963 - the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.

Baker returns to Tsunami Books on Thursday with a new book, "David Ferrie: Mafia Pilot, Participant in Anti-Castro Bioweapon Plot, Friend of Lee Harvey Oswald and Key to the JFK Assassination."

Baker says she was once a science student who dreamed of finding a cure for cancer who strayed from a path of mainstream scholarship at the University of Florida to a life of espionage in New Orleans with Oswald.

She says Oswald as a deep-cover intelligence agent who was framed for the assassination of JFK.

Her new book focuses on David Ferrie, a man who was acquainted with some the most notorious names linked to the JFK assassination: Lee Harvey Oswald, Clay Shaw, Guy Banister, Jack Ruby and Carlos Marcello.

Baker says she knew Ferrie personally and that she wants to set the record straight about his apparent involvement in the conspiracy to assassinate JFK.

Baker will be at Tsunami Books, 2585 Willamette St., on Thursday, October 9, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for a talk and book signing.

If that is true then she should be charged with withholding evidence. Wants to set the record straight then why didn\'t she do that way back when. When it mattered.

@gunters The Warren Report commission that was charged with investigating JFK\'s murder did  a cover job and refused to give credibility to any scenario but the predetermined one they were charged with publishing.  The forensic experts whose testimony indicated that the location from which the shots were fired was not the Texas Book Repository was dismissed.  This travesty was America\'s biggest cover up until 2001.  Americans will swallow anything the mass media spews out at the behest of powerful interests that control the world.
