"It wasn\'t meant to be Chris Martin\'s table at all," says singer Oli Sykes of NME Awards stunt
The video opens with details of a hostage situation, then cuts between footage of the band performing, a set of producers and engineers behind the boards at a recording studio, and the interrogation room where the hostage is being questioned. The hostage's plight seems dire, but he turns the tables on his captors, causing the mixing board to short-circuit and eventually escaping. Back in April, Bring Me the Horizon played with a live orchestra at Royal Albert Hall. The DVD and audio of the show will be released on December 2nd with proceeds benefiting Teenage Cancer Trust. Recently, the band has been teasing a North American tour.
