Organizers of the competition recently made the decision to allow writers from other countries to enter, as long as the stories are written in English.
Shortly after the announcement that the contest had launched, the organization began receiving request from writers as far as Ireland, Scotland and Australia.
"We really don't want to leave anyone out," berkata Jernigan.
For those wishing to gabung in this years contest, the how-to's are as follows:
"First of all, let's define just what a short story is. Our definition of a short story is, a short work of fiction that is usually written in prose, and often in narrative format. This medium tends to be lebih pointed than longer works of fiction.
The Creative Partners Publishing Annual Short Fiction menulis Contest is open to anyone age 18 and above, and is open to any topic chosen oleh the author. The following is our rules and regulations for our short fiction contest. Please read carefully and follow the format of the contest. We wish anda the best of luck in this creative venture!
No entry form is needed to enter this contest. Just send a cover letter with your personal details such as authors name, address, email address, judul of the work, the story itself, pages numbered, and your (non refundable) $20.00 entry fee per story. Creative Partners Publishing reserves 'First Rights' on all submissions. All other rights to the story remain the property of the author.
All entries must be original works, written in English. Plagiarism, which includes third-party lyrics, poetry, atau other ideas, without written permission will result in disqualification.
Entries must not have been previously published in professional media.
Entries must be from 2000 to 5000 words in length.
Each entrant may menyerahkan up to three short stories
All entries are final. No revisions can be accepted.
The decisions of the judges are final and are entirely their own.
Winners will be individually notified of the results oleh email, around the first week of May 2016.
Submissions must be entered no later than midnight, March 30, 2016
First prize will include $750.00 in cash

Third prize will include $250.00
The grand-prize winners, as well as fifteen other winners, will receive entry into a short fiction anthology published oleh Creative Partners Publishing in paperback form as well as through Kindle Electronic Publishing, to be distributed nationally. First, detik and third place winner's works will also be published on our Creative Partners website.
