Yes! I cinta them.

I cinta the feel of real (ie physical) books. I cinta their smell. I cinta the way they don't need batteries and don't 'crash'. I cinta the way that anda can fix them yourself (ie with glue when a page falls out) - no need for an expensive technician.

I cinta the way anda can go to thrift/second hand shops and find real book treasures - all those fascinating old finds that aren't available on (eg) Project Guttenberg yet and which are SO EXPENSIVE to buy from other ebook sellers (assuming they're even available as ebooks!). At the moment, I'm browsing several old real book finds, including a history of townplanning in Paris and a classic account of Australia's one coup d'etat. I doubt either are available as ebooks, free atau otherwise.

I think it's ridiculous how I'm getting komentar from acak people saying that it's great how I'm membaca an actual book instead of an e-book.
1. Staring at a screen all hari is bad for your eyes.
2. I have a habit of menulis in my books. I couldn't do that with a Kindle atau other electronic membaca device.
3. buku have a sense of uniqueness and desain that I've found e-books can't imitate.

I cinta hardback. I just like the feel of it. And I don't care for book jackets. But I can deal with them.

Yes! I cinta actual buku anda can hold and feel.

I cannot stand ebooks. They tend to be too difficult for me to concentrate on and they make my eyes hurt after like five minutes. Plus they don't have the wonderful smell that real buku have ^_^

I always get komentar from friends saying I'd be better off and lebih technologically advanced with a kindle/nook/eReader, and I always say yeah and I'd be broke too. I don't understand why anyone would pay $200+ for the device then pay for the book too when anda can buy a book for $10-$50 and save yourself at least $150.

Not to mention you're quickly destroying your eyes with an eReader.

I don't and Do. I cinta how my amazon Kindle can go for ever with out needing a charge, its so easy to get the book anda want with a click.! So anda dont have to go to the store and pray that they have it, but they prolly wont if it just came out. I have tons and tons and tons of books, and i cinta them don't get me wrong but the pages will wear and stuff and you'll always have your kindle if anda keep care of it.
1. The amazon Kindle looks just like a book with that print so your eyes wont hurt.
2. Its a lot cheaper compared to buying a hard cover.
3. There so much lighter so when anda go to tempat tidur anda don't have a huge book in your hand!
I cinta my Kindle!
