I need a good book series to read that will take me a long time, but I would prefer it being an already finished series so I don't have to wait a long for the selanjutnya one. Can anda guys give me some suggestions?

Well there's the obvious like Harry Potter, but I'm going to assume that you've already read them. Umm have anda read the Narnia series? atau the Uglies series, which is one of my favorites(although I wouldn't necessarily call it a long series).
Then there's The mortal instruments series( It isn't complete yet but there are 4 buku out already). The Inkheart trilogy is also really good. Oh and of course The hunger games..

The Night malaikat Trilogy (Brent Weeks) - Fantasy, 3 books

Imo, the best buku don't come in series, atau in the the fantasi genre, but the only good series are in the fantasi genre.

EDIT: The penulis of the Night malaikat Trilogy is considering menulis another book for it

How about Percy Jackson series? Rick Riordan finished the first set of series. I'm sure it'll take anda long, also, Riordan's putting a new set of installment - the one after Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.

There's The Clique. I haven't real them, but there's a section in my perpustakaan for Teen Girls Series and there's like 15 buku of The Clique.
There's Percy Jackson, and the detik series that follows it, The heroes of Olympus, but that one only has one book out and the selanjutnya is out in the Fall.

cherub series has 12 buku well 13 if anda count the storie for world book hari then henderson boys which is like a prequal to the cherub series and then theres another series of cherub the first book is called peoples republic its out the 4th of august 2011 the penulis of these buku is robert muchamore hope this helped

So far, there are about 22 main buku out, 4 super editions, 4 guides, and 11 manga. And they're still writing! So I think this will hold anda for awhile. Plus its really good.

Well, there's the Left Behind series, oleh Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. It's 11 buku in the main series, with three prequels and a sequel. But, they're somewhat hard to find, so you'll probably have to buy them off the internet.

Thirst series, also known as The Last Vampire, oleh Christopher Pike. It's better than it sounds, trust me. There's three buku so far, and there's one lebih coming out soon.

Some shorter series that are still really good are; Beautiful Creatures oleh Kami Garcia and Margret Stohl, two books, the last one coming out in Oct; Strange malaikat oleh Lily St. Crow, four books; and KIssed oleh an malaikat oleh Elizabeth Chandler. There's only two buku in this one so far, but the first one is about 800 pages long, and was orrigionally three books. It's really good.

the book itself isnt long (well some of them are, but ya know what I mean ^_^), but the series has bout wut? 30 books?? no joke!
Description: This series is about a cat, and he gets caught trying to catch mice in Thunder Clan territory, and of course he's like "wut is Thunder Clan?" and the kucing tell him, and he is asked to be joined to TC (Thunder Clan) He says yes, and the other kucing say they don't want him. So yeah, REALLY good series!!!

the buku are long (sorta, if ya call 300-400 pages long, long) there are 7 buku (this is one fo my faves!!!)
decribtion: A boy finds this house and in this house is a whole other place, and he finds out he has to defeat these ppl. and the ppl are named after the days of the week, and he has to defeat them in order of the days, (Mister Monday, Grim Tuesday,ect.) the end is AWESOME!!!

If anda want something that will take an enormous amount of time to read, try In cari of lost Time oleh Marcel Proust. :) And let me know if anda manage to read all the seven volumes, I'm still membaca the detik one. Well, it's not actually a "series", at least not in our modern sense, but a great novel nonetheless.

If anda want fantasy, I recommend Tolkien's works. The Hobbit, the Lord of the Rings, the Silmarillion and the Children of Hurin (which are simply epic ♥) should be a bit time consuming. :)

there is one series that i am membaca at the moment, its called 'the secrets of the immortal Nicholas Flamel' oleh Michael Scott, i cinta this series because all the characters in the book were real people atau were gods from ancient civilizations like greek, roman and egyptions, the last one has come out recently so no mroe waiting, the buku are about 400pgs each but there is a fair bit of research if anda really want to get to know the characters

I read the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon Series) and it took about three atau four months to read it but I was almost membaca non-stop. This series is the best I've ever read.

Legend of Drizzt oleh R.A Salvator. There's 25 (I think? It's either 24 atau 25) books, and each book is at least 300 pages. And then Philip Athans edited and released an anthology of Drizzt stories. And the anthology is almost 400 pages and contains 12 short stories.

So... yeah.

My advise is even " The Tales of the Otori" It's SO Graet !!!

Percy Jackson & the Olympians is a five book series. The main story that started in The Lightning Thief is wrapped up in The Last Olympian

have anda read the Power Of 5 series? it's really good and there are 5 books. In order they are: raven's gate, evil star, nightrise (my favorite), necropolis and oblivion.

My favorit series of buku are The Alex Rider Series oleh Anthony Horowitz and Escape From Furnace Series oleh Alexander Gordon Smith. :D

i would reccomend Percy jackson and the olympians series. it's really good. There are five books, but rick riordan has made another two series based on the same sort of thing, diary of a wimpy kid atau the goosebumps series. but goosebumps is a bit of an old series and is lebih for younger ages. if your a teenager and like romance i woudl reccomend twilight and if anda like fantasi iwould reccomend the inkheart trilogy, even though i havnt read it yet but everyone who ive asked berkata it was incredicle. hope i helped in some way!

I have read and enjoyed Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. They are between 600 and 900 pages and there are 8 atau 9 of them. Also I have really enjoyed J.D. Robb's "In Death" series about a NY Homicide Detective's cases. It is set a bit in the future (like only 50 years) and has very neat inventions that are interesting. There are about 40 buku in this series.
